Replacement of the two mobile homes with a dwellinghouse to provide onsite accommodation to support the equestrian business including all necessary operational development for landscaping.
The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Smith, seconded by Cllr. Bunyan and agreed on condition that the new property remains ancillary to the riding school. Concern was expressed regarding the height of the new dwelling and the Parish Council would like to see this reduced by 2 metres. Comments from Environment Protection should be taken on board regarding effluent and lighting.
