The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL subject to vehicles being able to turn on site and come out forward facing. Proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Hatcher and agreed.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by

Variation of Condition 3 (No. of stationed caravans) of Planning Permission 12/03241/FUL (Use of the land for the stationing of caravans for residential purposes for 1No. gypsy pitch) – Condition 3 – Variation in number of caravans stationed on site to 6
The Parish Council agreed to forward the following additional comments:
- Over intensive use of site
- In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
- The high fencing is out of keeping in the countryside
- Sewage from the existing site is already not sufficient and leaking on to surrounding area
- Outside Limits to Built Development
- Unsustainable location
- TWBC Local Plan states they are able to offer sufficient new pitches within the Borough to cater for the required need.
