The Parish Council agreed to forward the following additional comments:

  • Over intensive use of site
  • In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
  • The high fencing is out of keeping in the countryside
  • Sewage from the existing site is already not sufficient and leaking on to surrounding area
  • Outside Limits to Built Development
  • Unsustainable location
  • TWBC Local Plan states they are able to offer sufficient new pitches within the Borough to cater for the required need.
