The Parish Council agreed to forward the following additional comments:

- The high fencing is out of keeping in the countryside
- Sewage from the existing site is already not sufficient and leaking on to surrounding area
- Outside Limits to Built Development
- Unsustainable location
- TWBC Local Plan states they are able to offer sufficient new pitches within the Borough to cater for the required need.
