Proposed office accommodation and car parking with removal of existing modular buildings.

The Parish Council recommended REFUSAL for the following reasons:

  • A permanent building on the dismantled railway track which is protected by TP5 in the Local Plan – Safeguarded Railway Land.
  • In AONB
  • Within 220m of hazardous premise

Proposed by Cllr Bunyan, seconded Cllr. Gilbert and agreed.

Single-storey flat roof rear extension. Glazed lantern light over the new dining room. Revised external decking layout.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Hatcher, seconded by Cllr. Gilbert and greed.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Hatcher and agreed.  It is hoped that the new house is built to the highest possible standard.

Electricity Distribution Site, Glassenbury Road, Cranbrook, Kent.

Amendment to approved application 20/00389/FULL – (Additional electrical storage equipment, fencing alterations, CCTV, Landscaping)

The Parish Council welcomed the improvement.
