The Parish Council recommended REFUSAL for the following reasons:
- A permanent building on the dismantled railway track which is protected by TP5 in the Local Plan – Safeguarded Railway Land.

- Within 220m of hazardous premise

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Hatcher and agreed. It is hoped that the new house is built to the highest possible standard.
