Extension to the existing Pole Barn along the eastern boundary and removal of seven steel storage containers located on the land.
The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL. Proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by
Cllr. Hatcher and agreed on condition that all permitted development rights are removed. Also note that the pole barn is not an agricultural building.

Erection of annexe extension to garage with rooflights
The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL on condition that the annexe remains ancillary to the main dwelling. Proposed by Cllr. Kings, seconded by Cllr. Hatcher and agreed.
BUDGET:
The £2,500 donated to CPRE had been replaced in the 2021 budget. There is £5,000 in the earmarked funds for planning related expenses. The Committee agreed that this would be sufficient for the forthcoming year.

The Clerk read out the decisions received from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.
ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:
Cllr. Bunyan suggested that the newly appointed Head of Planning at TWBC, Carlos Hone be invited to speak at a Full Council meeting. The Clerk agreed to forward him a copy of Cranbrook & Sissinghurst Parish Council Eco Design Guide.
