Proposed extension and alteration to roof form and external materials to an existing garage building to form a 1.5 storey home office / studio, ancillary store serving the private dwelling of Waterloo Yard.
The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Smith, seconded by Cllr. Fermor and agreed on condition that this new property should be ancillary to the main dwelling and not sold off in the future.

The Parish Council recommended REFUSAL for the following reasons:
