ITEM FOR INFORMATION:

 Cllr. Dawlings agreed to call in Planning Application 21/04214/FULL 32 Joyce Close for a new dwelling provided the Parish Council were able to provide solid planning reasons why this development should not be approved.  Several reasons were discussed including Cranbrook and Sissinghurst Neighbourhood Plan Policy LN3.1 and Policy IN9.4.  The Planning Committee also supported the comment by the KCC Flood Risk Team that the foundation design proposed should go to TWBC Building Control before determining the application.

Cllr. Hatcher reported that he had used social media to inform local residents regarding the forthcoming planning application regarding the White Horse Inn to flats.
