In line with the latest government legislation, we will insist that all attendees wear face masks or shields, unless exempt. In the interests of keeping everyone safe it is strongly recommended that all attendees undertake a lateral flow test on the day of the meeting (these can be obtained from Lloyds Pharmacy in Cranbrook).

Hand sanitiser will be provided on entry. The room will be well ventilated, please ensure if attending, that you wear appropriate clothing. The public attending will be seated around the edge of the room, numbers will be limited to allow for the continuance of social distancing. Please respect the above requests at all times.
