The Parish Council recommended REFUSAL for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient information to make a decision. Number of users & nature of business.
  • Highway Safety, narrow lane.

The Parish Council recommended REFUSAL for the following reasons:

  • Outside the Limits to Build Development
  • Impact on character or appearance of area.  New dwelling would alter rural character of the area and entrance to the lane. Access close to the busy A229.

 Proposed by Cllr. Smith, seconded by Cllr. Fermor and agreed.

Change of use from office to residential and creation of one bedroom residential garden flat. 

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Hatcher, seconded by Cllr. Kings and agreed.  However, concern was expressed regardingthe lack of a bedroom window/fire escape route which were not clear on the plans provided.
