The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Smith and agreed.  The Committee noted concerns of neighbours and asked that the construction traffic should be managed carefully as this is a busy single track road with school traffic.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Smith, seconded by Cllr. Gilbert and agreed. The Committee requested that construction traffic should be managed carefully as this is a busy single track road with school traffic.

  • Within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.       
  • Over intensive use of site

ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:

Cllr. Hatcher asked Committee members to have a look at the NDP Draft Consultation Document which could be found on the Parish Council website.  He encouraged them to complete the questionnaire on line as any feedback is important and will be taken into consideration.

Cllr. Bunyan asked that the Eco Design Guide be forwarded to the developers of new properties.
