The Parish Council remained NEUTRAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Fermor and agreed.

Proposed dormer added to rear elevation, replacement of doors on ground floor rear elevation, roof lights added to single storey roof rear elevation, removal of two windows to side elevation, roof lights added to front elevation, second storey rear extension.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Fermor, seconded by Cllr. Kings and agreed.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Kings, seconded by Cllr. Fermor and agreed on condition that the Permitted Development Rights are removed and the Cedar tree stays in situ and is protected.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Hatcher, seconded by Cllr. Bunyan and agreed on condition that the garage remains ancillary to the main dwelling.  Also, the Parish Council would like the Permitted Development Rights removed.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Hatcher, seconded by Cllr. Fermor and agreed.

Proposed office accommodation and car parking with removal of existing modular buildings.

It was agreed to defer this application until the next meeting.

Birch (T1 & T2) reduce 2 x birch down to previous pruning points (approx. 4-5mtrs), Sycamore (T3) – To reduce sycamore down to previous pruning points (approx. 4-5mtrs), Hazel (T4) – To remove hazel next to bay, Hazel (T5) – To repollard hazel approx. 3-4mtrs, Sycamore (T6) – To fell sycamore in the driveway, Sycamore (T7) – To dead wood and crown lift Sycamore next to outbuilding (approx. 5-6mtrs)

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL subject to the views of the TWBC Tree Officer. Proposed by Cllr. Fermor, seconded by Cllr. Hatcher and agreed.

Tree Preservation Number:  0010/2021/TPO OS Plot 5048 Freight Lane Cranbrook (for information) – Noted.

Cllr. Bunyan reported that CCAAC has asked to be consulted on any future tree surgery in the conservation areas (that is the responsibility of the Parish Council) before the work is carried out.

TWBC PLANNING DECISIONS:

The Clerk read out the decisions received from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

CORRESPONDENCE:

Cornerstone – Telecommunication Development – as circulated.  The information within the consultation document was very technical and not understood by Parish Councillors.  The Clerk was requested to ask for a clearer explanation on the proposals.
