MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CRANBROOK & SISSINGHURST NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN STEERING GROUP HELD ON 29TH JUNE 2021
PRESENT: Cllr. Warne (in the Chair), Marion Cranmer and Liz Daley.
APOLOGIES: Cllr. Hatcher, Anne Hopper, June Bell, Jeremy Boxall and Mathew Warne.
Cllr. Warne read out the following statement:
Members are required to declare any interests, dispensations, predetermination on items on this agenda in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct. Members are reminded that changes to the Register of Interests should be notified to the Clerk.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
The Chairman explained there had been no Stakeholder Engagement since the last meeting. However, it had been reported that footpath WC116 on the Brick Kiln Site had been obstructed by a fence. This would be reported to KCC.
- Design Group:
Following a review by the Design Sub Group the final version of the Design Checklist plus a photographs file had now been forwarded to Richard Eastham. The Chairman expressed her thanks to Elaine Capon, Pip Gill and Hillary Horsford for their contribution.
- Timeline:
No update at the moment.
4. NDP Consultation Responses:
The Chairman proposed that a deadline of two weeks be given for the submission of the remaining revised chapters. She agreed to send an email to all members asking for support to meet this target.
The meeting continued without the Clerk as members were continuing to work on the revision of Chapters.
5. Items for Information:
The next meeting of the NDP Steering Group is scheduled to take place on Thursday 22nd July 2021 at 7pm.
