Cllr. Hatcher recommended APPROVAL, seconded by Cllr. Bunyan and agreed on condition that a full written plan for transport during construction is received.
The decision was made in accordance with Cranbrook and Sissinghurst Parish Council Neighbourhood Development Plan Policy IN9.3 Low & Zero Carbon Energy Production. The Parish Council consider it a community scale development and the siting is in an area appropriate, as it will not be visible. It does not adversely impact on the amenities and environment of residents. The development also does not have an unacceptable impact on any feature of natural or biodiversity importance.
