Demolition of existing pole barn. Removal of static caravan, construction of annexe.
The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL on condition that the annexe remains ancillary to the main property. Proposed by Cllr. Hatcher, seconded by Carol Somers and agreed.
The applicant was in attendance and welcomed the suggestion by Cllr. Bunyan to receive a copy of the Parish Councils eco design guide. The Clerk will email the applicant a copy.
