Variation of Condition 2 of 22/01976/LBC – Omission of windows to North elevation, Addition of door to Eastern elevation, Internal alterations including the inclusion of doors closing of openings and installation of new posts, Installation of arches and timber panelling to walls.

The Parish Council remained NEAUTRAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Gilbert and agreed.  The committee chose to leave it to the Conservation Architect to make a recommendation.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Gilbert, seconded by Cllr. Somers and agreed.  Councillors suspected that the dwelling would be dark due to window sizes.  They also requested that insulation should be to eco standard.
