HELD ON 21ST SEPTEMBER 2021

Declaration of Interests, Dispensations and Predetermination:

Members are required to declare any interests, dispensations or predetermination on items on this agenda. Members are reminded that changes to the Register of Interests should be notified to the Clerk.

Cllr. Smith declared an interest in application a 21/02880/FULL and would not participate in the vote. Cllr. Hatcher declared a personal interest in application 21/02420/LBC as the owner of the property and would not participate in the vote.

Demolition of existing dwellinghouse, garage and annex outbuildings and their replacement with a dwelling house, garage and annex.  

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL, on condition that the annex remains ancillary to the main dwelling.

APPEAL DECISION: 

Appeal APP/M2270/W/21/3272599 had been dismissed: Land at Oakhurst Farm, Turnden Road, Cranbrook, Kent TN17 3QL

Erection of a replacement dwelling in place of the part of the existing commercial workshop with extant planning consent for alterations and conversion to a dwelling (planning application reference TW/19/02134)

TWBC PLANNING DECISIONS:

The Clerk read out the decisions received from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

TREE PRESERVATION ORDER:

A TPO 0004/2021/TPO had been made by TWBC regarding trees at Dulwich Preparatory School, Course Horn Lane, Cranbrook, Kent.

CORRESPONDENCE:

None received.

ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:

Cllr. Fletcher reported that he had spoken to the developer regarding the Cranbrook Engineering Site and they hope to start building in the 2nd Quarter of 2022.

Cllr. Smith informed the meeting that Fernham Homes will hold a consultation event regarding the Bringloe Field Site in Sissinghurst within the next three to four weeks and a full application would then follow.
