The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr Gilbert and agreed on condition that the building remains ancillary to the main dwelling

Erection of single storey side extension plus associated parking, driveway and turning areas.  

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Smith, seconded by Cllr. Gilbert and agreed subject to ecological mitigation recommendations being implemented.

TWBC PLANNING DECISIONS:

The Deputy Clerk read out the planning decisions.

ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:

Cllr. Kings gave an update on the White Horse site.

In answer to a query raised by Cllr. Bunyan the Deputy Clerk informed members that TWBC Planning decisions can be received by logging your details on to their web site.
