Submission of Reserved Matters (Appearance, Landscaping, Layout, Scale) pursuant to Condition 1 of Outline Permission for 16/502860/OUT – erection of up to 180 dwellings (including up to 35% affordable housing) and associated car parking, cycle parking, internal roads, landscaping, open space, drainage, earthworks and associated ancillary development. Details pursuant to Outline Planning Conditions 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 17,19, 20, 22, 28, 29, 30, 36, 37, 38 & 39 are also included as part of the submission.

The Parish Council recommended NEAUTRAL decision proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr. Gilbert and agreed.  The following points of concern to be forwarded to TWBC Planning Department:

Erection of a pair of semi-detached houses and one detached house; Revised siting and design of Plots 6, 7 and 8; Revised parking and garaging arrangements; Incorporation of additional land to garden areas (revisions to planning permission 19/02136/FULL) (Part-Retrospective).

The Committee noted the above appeal.

The Clerk read out the decisions received from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS:

An invitation to attend a planning conference to be held on Thursday 10th March had been received from Kent Association of Local Council.  Councillors were asked to contact the Parish Office if they would like to attend.
