In line with current Covid 19 restrictions all attendees will be expected to wear face masks or shields unless
exempt. In the interests of keeping everyone safe it is strongly recommended that all attendees undertake
a lateral flow test on the day of the meeting (these can be obtained from Lloyds Pharmacy in Cranbrook).
Hand sanitizer will be provided on entry. The hall will be well ventilated, please ensure if attending that you
wear appropriate clothing. The public attending will be seated in the balcony area, please be aware numbers
will be limited to allow for social distancing, please ensure these rules are respected at all times.
If you have any queries, please contact the Clerks in advance of the meeting.
Members, please bring your own refreshments, no water will be provided. Please exit the building as soon as
possible following the meeting.
