The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan seconded by Cllr. Gilbert and agreed.

Demolition of existing dilapidated dwelling.  Erection of new three bedroom dwelling.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Gilbert, seconded by Cllr. Hatcher and agreed.

Advertisement – revised branding to canopy sides, revised branding, revised branding to car wash and secondary signage including entrance and exit signs to site and car wash.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Hatcher, seconded by Cllr. Bunyan and agreed.  The Parish Council noted the neighbours comments and would like these to be considered.  It is also unfortunate that these works have all be undertaken before the planning permission was granted.

Double storey side extension, alterations to existing fenestration and introduction of dormer windows. Erection of detached 1.5 storey including 3 bay garage building with ancillary above.

The Parish Council recommended APPROVAL proposed by Cllr. Bunyan, seconded by Cllr Gilbert and agreed.  The Parish Council noted that the depth of the garage may be a littler small for many cars.

 

TREE APPLICATIONS: None received.

 

CORRESPONDENCE:

Members discussed an email received from Paul Hewitt, regarding halting further green field residential development accessed from the Frythe Estate Cranbrook.  It was agreed to reply and inform him that the Taylor Wimpey comments submitted would not change our Neighbourhood Development Plan.

 

APPEAL DECISIONS: 

The following appeals which were dismissed were noted by members.

Land adjacent to Tanyard Car Park The Tanyard Cranbrook TN17 3HR Planning Application 20/03137/FULL Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of four dwelling houses, with associated amenity areas and parking.

Appeal Ref: APP/M2270/W/22/3297402

Plummers Paddock Biddenden Road Sissinghurst TN17 2AB Planning Application 21/02911/FULL Erection of a dwelling and detached garage with associated orchard, landscaping and ecological enhancements.

 

TWBC PLANNING DECISIONS:

The Clerk read out the decisions received from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council.

 

ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:

To recommend street names for Sissinghurst development  – Several street names were put forward:  1 and 2 Elsie Cottages for those facing The Street, St. George’s Close, Coronation, Jubilee.  All Parish Councillors were asked to forward any suggestions to the Parish Office for consideration.
