All members of the Committee are summoned to attend to consider and resolve upon the business to be transacted at the meeting.

Members of the Public are invited to address the Council at the end of the Meeting.
Members of the Press are also cordially invited to attend.

In line with current Covid 19 restrictions all attendees will be expected to wear face masks or shields unless exempt. In the interests of keeping everyone safe it is strongly recommended that all attendees undertake a lateral flow test on the day of the meeting (these can be obtained from Lloyds Pharmacy in Cranbrook). Hand sanitizer will be provided on entry. The hall will be well ventilated, please ensure if attending that you wear appropriate clothing. The public attending will be seated in the balcony area, please be aware numbers will be limited to allow for social distancing, please ensure these rules are respected at all times.

If you have any queries, please contact the Clerks in advance of the meeting.

Members, please bring your own refreshments, no water will be provided. Please exit the building as soon as possible following the meeting.

Lifting of Dispensation – Request from Cllr. Hartley:

Cllr. Hartley has requested that the matter of his dispensation be considered at this Full Council meeting on the basis that he would like it to be quashed. He states the circumstances have changed, meaning that he has no longer has DPI in the medical/community centre project outcome, and he wishes to have access to all the material in the possession of the Council relating to this project.
