All members are summoned to attend to consider and resolve upon the business to be transacted at the meeting.

Members of the Public are invited to address the Council at the end of the Meeting.

Members of the Press are also cordially invited to attend.

During the Coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent recovery, we will continue to request that all attendees wear face masks or shields until seated, unless exempt. In the interests of keeping everyone safe it is strongly recommended that all attendees undertake a lateral flow test on the day of the meeting (these can be obtained from Lloyds Pharmacy in Cranbrook).

Hand sanitiser will be provided on entry. The hall will be well ventilated, please ensure if attending, that you wear appropriate clothing. The public attending will be seated in the balcony area, numbers will be limited to allow for the continuance of social distancing. Please respect the above requests at all times.
