Carriageway Patching Works
Stone Street Cranbrook
What we plan to do and why
As part of the ongoing maintenance works to maintain and improve the highway network in Kent we will be shortly be carrying out patching works in Stone Street Cranbrook near to number 25.
These works are required to repair the damaged carriageway.
The road will need to be closed in order to carry out these works safely. Information signs are currently placed on site, indicating when the works are being carried out.
The works may take up to 2 NIGHTS to complete, access to properties and business will be maintained at all times, but will not always be possible to allow access from both ends of the closure. As the works are only small it is not expected that the works will take more than a few hours. However 2 days have been allocated as its impossible to carry out the works if the weather is very poor.
When we plan to carry out the work and how long it will take
These works will take place on a maximum of 2 nights from Thursday 3rd August 2017 and the working hours will be between 20:00 – 00:00 hours.
