If you have always wanted to learn mindfulness, now is your chance. Or perhaps you did a course a while ago and want a refresher.
This experiential and instructive course will be taught one day a week in groups of 12 or less. MBCT/MBSR is clinically proven to help people manage the stress of physical and emotional difficulties but you don’t have to have specific difficulties to take the course.
I have been practicing for about 6 years and qualified to teach through the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University.
